Metadia currently ships to Canada and the contiguous United States.
You will receive your package in a plastic-free, fully recyclable box inclusive of paper-based tape and label. All of these components are curbside recyclable.
Due to COVID-19 you can expect longer than usual delivery times. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order. Once your order is processed you will receive a notification via e-mail containing your tracking information.
Prices
Prices default to Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you would like to shop in USD, please select from the currency dropdown in the main navigation.
Prices for packages shipping to the USA do not include duties. Payment of duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products we cannot accept returns. We encourage you to review the list of ingredients prior to purchasing to ensure personal compatibility. Ingredients are listed on individual product pages. If you have any questions please contact us at info@metadiastudio.com.
Metadia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen we will assist you as best we can. Please note that we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
